About the Author
Survivor. Mother of eight. Speaker. Author. Advocate. She did not choose the wounds she was born into — but she chose, every single day, to heal them.
Her story is not a tidy redemption arc. It is messy, honest, and real — which is exactly why it reaches the women who need it most.
Her Story
Every chapter of her life was a lesson she did not ask for — and a gift she eventually learned to receive.
The Beginning
Born to a mother lost to addiction, she entered the world already left behind. Raised in circumstances that taught her she was not worth staying for, she learned early how to survive — but not yet how to live.
The Search
Three marriages. Each one a chapter in the same story — a woman searching for the love and safety she never received as a child. Each ending a wound. Each wound a teacher.
The Calling
Raising eight children while carrying unhealed wounds, she made a decision that changed everything: her children would not inherit her pain. That decision became the seed of her healing.
The Turning
The moment she stopped running from her story and started writing a new one. Therapy, faith, community, and radical self-honesty became the tools of her transformation.
Today
Now a speaker, author, and advocate, she uses her story to give other women permission to heal. Abandoned to Abundance is not just a book — it is a movement.
"I am not my wounds. I am not the people who left. I am not the marriages that failed or the years I spent in survival mode.
I am the woman who chose to heal. And that changes everything."
What She Stands For
Healing begins when we stop pretending. Every word in this work is true — even the parts that were hard to write.
Understanding where our wounds come from does not excuse the patterns they create. Healing requires both grace and responsibility.
This message is not for a select few. Every woman — regardless of her past, her background, or how broken she feels — deserves to live in abundance.
A deep, personal faith runs through this work. Not religion as performance, but faith as the bedrock of healing and the source of unshakeable worth.
